1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the accounting policies set out below. These accounts have been prepared in accordance with FRS 102, Section 1A - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.

Turnover policy
Turnover is the total amount receivable by the Company in the ordinary course of business for work done as a principal in the United Kingdom.
