| 6. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
| The Company is set up for the benefit of the shareholders in respect of the management of the common land. All |
| the transactions undertaken are related party transactions by virtue of them being of direct benefit to the |
| individual shareholders, some of whom are also directors. |
| The Company contracts with N S Lucas & Co in respect of the provision of accountancy and secretarial services. |
| N S Lucas is a principal in N S Lucas & Co, as well as being a director and shareholder of the Company. During |
| the year fees of £2,940 have been paid to N S Lucas & Co. |
