For the year ending 31 October 2016 the company was entitled to exemption under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective 2015).

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

Accounting policies

Trading status

The company was dormant and has not traded during the year.

Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective 2015). The company was dormant (within the meaning of Section 480 of the Companies Act 2006) throughout the year ended 31 October 2016. The company has not traded during the year or during the preceding financial year. During these periods, the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore made neither profit nor loss.
