1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
All funds are held in trust on behalf of the members as required under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1987 and all transactions are reported under a separate service charge account and excluded from the company's financial statements.

The company is a private company limited by shares. The registered office is at J P W Real Estate, Folio House, 65 Whytecliffe Road South, Purley in Surrey. CR8 2AZ.
