1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The financial Statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with theFinancial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).
The company was dormant through the current year and previous year.
Service charge
In accordance with current interpretation of section 42 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1987, any service charge monies collected from lessees are deemed to be held on trust and are not accounted for as if they were assets to be included in the company's financial statements.
