The director acknowledges his responsibilities for:
(a)ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies
Act 2006 and
(b)preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of
each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections
394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial
statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

All the members have consented to the preparation of an abridged Statement of Comprehensive Income and an abridged Statement of Financial Position for the year ended 31 October 2016 in accordance with Section 444(2A) of the Companies Act 2006.

In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the Income Statement has not been delivered.

1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

M M Mansions Limited is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and Wales. The
company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

2. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.

3. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and estimation
techniques.

These financial statements for the year ended 31 October 2016 are the first financial statements that comply with
FRS102. The date of transition is 1 November 2014.

The transition to FRS102 has not resulted in any changes to accounting policies from those previously used by
the entity. As a result there have been no changes to opening equity or to the profit for the comparative year.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.
Land and buildings - not provided

In accordance with Statement of Standard Accounting Practice Number 19, no depreciation is provided on
investment properties. This departure from the requirements of the Companies Act 2006, for all properties to be
depreciated is, in the opinion of the directors, necessary for the financial statements to give a true and fair view in
accordance with applicable accounting standards, as investment properties are included at their open market
value.

The director considers that the open market value of the property at 31 October 2012 is not materially different
from the original cost of the property.

The loan is secured by a first legal charge over 11 St Mary's Court, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA6 3YF and is dated
3 May 2002. It also includes a fixed charge over all rental income, present or future, and whether payable now or
in the future, and any proceeds of sale of any lease of the property. There is a floating charge over the
undertaking and all other property assets and rights of the company not effectively charged above present and
future.


7. ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY

The ultimate controlling party is C N Hall-Tomkin.

The above director controlled the company throughout the current and previous periods, by virtue of the fact that
he owns all of the issued share capital.
