    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention, and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards for Smaller Entities 2008.

    Turnover policy

    Turnover consists of management fees and associated property matters.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost. Depreciation has not been provided on the freehold title.
