1	Accounting policies

	Basis of preparation
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

	Turnover
	Turnover represents the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company, inclusive of value added tax. However the Company enjoys VAT Fixed Rate Status and the resultant VAT is now treated as a cost of sale in the Profit & Loss Account.
