During the period Squeegee Cleaning Solutions (Residential) Ltd advanced sums of £51,528 to Squeegee Cleaning Solutions Ltd, after a share of operating costs, including a management charge of £25,000, there was a balance due to Squeegee Cleaning Solutions (Residential) Ltd of £32,507. Interest has been charged on the balance at the rate of 4%p.a.
The Directors and shareholders of Squeegee Cleaning Solutions Ltd are also Shareholders of Squeegee Cleaning Solutions (Residential) Ltd. |
