| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015) and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention. |

| Limited. |
| The ultimate controlling party is Shepperton Ventures Limited which is controlled by its |
| shareholder, G K Davis. |
| The company has taken advantage of the exemption from providing details of related party |
| transactions with group related parties as they are incorporated within the financial |
| statements of its parent undertaking, Shepperton Group Limited. Copies of that company's |
| financial statements can be obtained from its registered office at Carriage Court, 24 Circus |
