| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |

| Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax. |

| At 30th September 2016 the company had a maximum liability of £871,783 (2015: £715,674) regarding the |
| equipment fund and other similar deals which the company offers to its customers as loyalty incentives. There is |
| a provision of £567,663 (2015: £559,001) included in the accounts regarding this potential liability. |
