| Loans from directors. M J B Smith has continued to provide working capital to the company through an interest free loan which has no fixed repayment date. During the year repayments of £22,807 were made to the director. The amount owing to the director at the year-end was £882,567 (2015: £905,374). R A Cochrane has provided the company with net funds during the year of £21,182, this is an interest free loan which has no fixed repayment date. The amount owing to the director at the year-end was £50,044 (2015: £28,862). Both these amounts are disclosed in Creditors falling due within one year. |

| The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
