| BASIS OF PREPARATION |
| These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis even though the company has net liabilities at |
| 31 January 2017 of £23,074 (£2016 - £3,034). |
| The validity of the going concern principle is dependent upon the continued support of the director and the company |
| returning to trade at a profit. |
| The balance sheet of the company includes a loan from Mrs Huggins of £21,678 (2016 - £3,285). There is no fixed date for |
| repayment of this loan, and Mrs Huggins has confirmed that she will continue to support the company for the |
| foreseeable future. |
| If the company was unable to continue trading adjustments would have to be made to reduce the balance sheet values |
| of assets to their recoverable amounts, provide for further liabilities that might arise and to reclassify fixed assets as |
| current assets. |
