1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective 2008. The accounts are also prepared on a going concern basis which is dependent upon the continued support of the company's director and shareholder.

Turnover policy
Turnover comprises the value of sales excluding value added tax and trade discounts.
