1. Director's advances, credits and guarantees
Mr S A Cloete has a current account with the company. As at the period ended 31 March 2017 £1 was owed to the company from Mr Cloete (year ended 31 August 2016 £2,209).
For the period ending 31 March 2017 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Director's responsibilities:
- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period in question in accordance with section 476 ;
- The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions.
These financial statements were approved by the board of directors and authorised for issue on 14 June 2017 , and are signed on behalf of the board by:

As described on the statement of financial position, the director of the company is responsible for the preparation of the financial statements for the period ended 31 March 2017, which comprise the income statement, statement of financial position and the notes to the financial statements.
