1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

CSS Services Oil (UK) Limited is a private company, limited by shares , registered in
England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be
found on the Company Information page.

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Significant judgements and estimates
The interest rates are chosen using information available from the providers of corporate
finance in the open market place.

Turnover
Revenue is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding
discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes.

Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not
reversed at the statement of financial position date.

Financing by related parties
The interest free loans received from related parties are accounted for at amortised cost
using the effective interest method. The difference between the amount repayable at the end
of the term and the carrying amount at the balance sheet date is accounted for as a capital
contribution made by related parties.

8. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

The amount disclosed in the note 7 comprises interest free loans received from the parent
company and fellow subsidiary company. The loans are repayable by 31.12.2017. Early
repayment is allowed without any penalties.
In accordance with FRS102 the loans were amortised using effective interest method. The
shortfall is treated as a capital contribution.
The rate of interest of 5% per annum was chosen, using the element of judgement, from the
information made available by providers of corporate finance in an open market.

9. ULTIMATE PARENT COMPANY

The controlling party is Company Services Swiss SA,incorporated in Switzerland.
