1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial
Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Turnover
Turnover represents amounts recoverable from the service charges bank accounts held on behalf of owners of "The
Rowans". It is calculated as the total value of expenditure incurred in the year on behalf of the owners of "The Rowans" for
maintenance work and associated costs.
