    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities
    The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and include the results of the company's operation as indicated in the director's report, all of which are continuing and in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
