Basis of preparing the financial statements |
Turnover |
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, |

Investment property is shown at most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes in |
fair value is recognised in profit or loss. |
Loans from shareholders and directors |
The company has adopted FRED 67 early, such that it has accounted for loans from Shareholders and Directors |
at transaction price rather than present value. |
3. | INVESTMENT PROPERTY |
The Director determined that the fair value of investment property was equal to cost at the year end, therefore no |
revaluation was required. |

8. | ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY |
The company is under the control of the director by virtue of her shareholding. |
9. | GOING CONCERN |
The director has received assurances from the company's creditors that they will not seek repayment of the |
amounts due for the foreseeable future. It has therefore been deemed appropriate to prepare the accounts on the |
going concern basis. |
