| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
| Although the company has net liabilities, the director considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements |
| on a going concern basis after giving due consideration to post balance sheet income and orders. The director |
| will continue to support the company through the director's current account. |
