Directors' benefits: advances, credits and guarantees
During the year, Mr M Stephenson operated a current account with the company to record amounts due to him and amount drawn by him. As at 31 August 2016, the amount due to the company was £4,831 (2015 - £4,433). No interest was charged and the balance is repayable on demand.

For the year ending 31/08/2016 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro-entities regime.
