1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

The company relies on the continuing financial support of its directors who have confirmed that they will continue to do so. On this basis the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (Effective April 2008)

Turnover policy

Turnover policy Depreciation has not been provided as the directors consider the values shown are adequate.
