    The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company, net of value added tax and trade discounts.

    Depreciation has been provided so as to write off the assets to nil as the company stopped trading on 1 November 2014.
