| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Financial reporting standard 102 - reduced disclosure exemptions |
| The company has taken advantage of the following disclosure exemption in preparing these financial statements, as |
| permitted by FRS 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland": |
