1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Other accounting policies
Investments:

Fixed Asset investments are stated at cost less provision for diminution of value.

The investment refers to the company's holding of 40% of the issued share capital of Sn&ck Media Limited, a company registered in England & Wales whose principal activity is the development and creation of media content.
