  • Advances and credits
3 Directors paid their annual mgt fee in advance. April 2016-Mar 2017. Namely, K Ross, A Newnham Nandwani and D Beevers. This enabled extended maintenance work to be carried out without bank borrowing. This ensured that the building was in good condition if a severe winter followed. At the time that these accounts were prepared in Feb 2017 all accrued income and director loans had been settled at £0.
