| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The company has an overdrawn balance sheet of £12,940. The director has agreed to support the company for a |
| minimum period of 1 year from the date of signing the accounts. |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
| Exemption from preparing a cash flow statement |
| Exemption has been taken from preparing a cash flow statement on the grounds that the company qualifies as a |
| small company. |
| Turnover |
| Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax. |
| Licences |
| Licences are valued at cost less accumulated amortisation. Amortisation is calculated to write off the cost in |
| equal annual instalments over their estimated useful lives. |
