| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
| The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year. |
| Deferred tax |
| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance |
| sheet date. |
| 2. | DIRECTOR'S ADVANCES, CREDITS AND GUARANTEES |
| Within other creditors is an amount owed by the company £623 to Mr G Mitchell who is a director of the company. |
| The loan is interest free and repayable on demand. |
