1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
Turnover |
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax. |
Tangible fixed assets |
Plant and machinery etc | - |
Deferred tax |
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance |
sheet date. |
Hire purchase and leasing commitments |
Assets obtained under hire purchase contracts or finance leases are capitalised in the balance sheet. Those held |
under hire purchase contracts are depreciated over their estimated useful lives. Those held under finance leases |
are depreciated over their estimated useful lives or the lease term, whichever is the shorter. |
The interest element of these obligations is charged to the profit and loss account over the relevant period. The |
capital element of the future payments is treated as a liability. |

5. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
The company is under the control of its two directors who equally own 89% of the issued Ordinary A Shares. |
At the year end the following amounts were due to the directors and are included within 'Other Creditors' these |
amounts are interest free and are repayable on demand: |
Mark Taylor £4,590 (2015 £8,340) |
Peter Garland £4,404 (2015 £8,154) |
Andrew Madden £ - (2015 £711) This amount was repaid in full in September 2015. |
Included within Other Debtors is £693 (2015 £942) which is due from Aspects Solutions (Environmental) |
Limited a company in which the Directors have a controlling interest. A further £Nil (2015 £24) is included |
within the Trade Debtors balance. |
During the year the company was charged £36,625 (2015 £31,112) by Aspects Solutions (Environmental) |
Limited in respect of Management Charges to cover 'office overheads and management provision'. At the year |
end a balance of £7,130 (2015 £11,028) was included within Trade Creditors. |
6. | GOING CONCERN |
The accounts have been prepared on a 'Going Concern' basis following confirmation by the Director's of their |
continued support of the company and reassurances that the Director's will not request full repayment of their |
underlying loans until such point as sufficient funds are available to do so. |
In addition, the Directors ceased drawing a salary through the business in March 2015 and will not recommence |
these until the position improves. |

unaudited financial statements, from which the unaudited abbreviated accounts (set out on pages two to five) |
have been prepared. |
In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the |
financial statements of Aspects Solutions (Window Cleaning) Limited for the year ended 31 July 2016 which comprise |
the Profit and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from |
information and explanations you have given us. |
As a practising member firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), we are subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed within the ICAEW's regulations and guidance at http://www.icaew.com/en/membership/regulations-standards-and-guidance. |
This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of Aspects Solutions (Window Cleaning) Limited, as a body, in accordance with our terms of engagement. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the financial statements of Aspects Solutions (Window Cleaning) Limited and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the Board of Directors of Aspects Solutions (Window Cleaning) Limited, as a body, in this report in accordance with ICAEW Technical Release 07/16AAF.
