Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

The accounts are prepared in accordance with the provisions of the lease and on the accruals basis.

6. LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

The company is limited by guarantee and does not have a share capital. Equal membership of the company is
conferred by virtue of ownership of each of the 5 Leasehold interests in the flats located within the building situated
at 229 Ladbroke Grove, London W10 6HG.

7. SINKING FUND

The company has established a sinking fund to pay regular expenses, any surplus will be retained to finance future
works in compliance with requirements of the lease.
