  • Guarantees
    The bank loan of £183,519 (2015 £191,058) is due for repayment by monthly instalments of £1,144.32 over a period of 25 years. Interest is accrued at the Barclays Bank base rate plus 2.75%

    The bank loans are secured on property owned by the company.

    Members bond of £257,750 (2015 £256,000) are secured loans which are due for repayment by individuals agreement after either three of five years. Interest rates on these agreements are tiered by the value of the bond, ranging from Bank of England Base Rate plus 2.25% to Base Rate plus 3.25%.
