1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Other accounting policies
Dormant Status
The company was dormant (within the meaning of Section 480 of the Companies Act 2006) throughout the year ended 30 June 2015. The company has not traded during the current or preceding year. During these periods, the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore made neither profit nor loss.

Ultimate Parent Company
The company's immediate and ultimate parent company is iCareHealth (UK) Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
