The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions in Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

for the year ended 30 November 2016

1	Accounting policies

	Basis of preparation
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

	The director, having regard to the nature, size and complexity of the business, has assessed the financial risks affecting the company and it's operations for the 12 months from the approval of the financial statements and considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.

	Turnover
	Turnover represents revenue earned under a variety of contracts to provide services net of VAT and discounts. Revenue is recognised as earned, when, and to the extent that, the company has obtained the right to consideration in exchange for its performance under these contracts. It is measured at the fair value of the right to consideration which represents amounts chargeable to clients, including expenses and disbursements but excluding VAT. Revenue not billed to clients (work in progress) is included in debtors and payments on account in excess of the relevent amount of revenue is included in creditors.

	Depreciation
	Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives.

	Computer and office equipment			15% to 25% straight line

	Deferred taxation
	Full provision is made for deferred taxation resulting from timing differences between the recognition of gains and losses in the accounts and their recognition for tax purposes. Deferred taxation is calculated on an un-discounted basis at the tax rates which are expected to apply in the periods when the timing differences will reverse.
