  • For the year ending 30 June 2016 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
  • The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
  • The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
  • The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

  • Guarantees
    The company had a bank overdraft of £67,601 (2015: £59,923) and net obligations under finance leases and hire purchase contracts totalling £7,054 (2015: £9,046). The bank overdraft is secured by a fixed and floating charge over all company assets, present and future, and a letter of guarantee for £100,000 plus interest. The hire purchase contracts are secured on the assets to which they relate.
  • Advances and credits
    Amounts totalling £61,912 were advanced to directors during the year. At the balance sheet date £23,516 was owed to directors (2015: £85,428). These amounts are interest free and repayable on demand.
