Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

The financial statements have been prepared under the historic cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2007).

Turnover policy

Turnover represents income from real estate excluding value added tax.

Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

Amortisation is not provided on the freehold property.
