1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Other accounting policies
Trading Status - The company was dormant and has not traded during the year

Control - P K Barber (Director) controlled the company during the current and previous period by virtue of the fact that he owns all of the company's issued ordinary share capital. At the balance sheet date the amount owed to P K Barber was £nil (2015 - £nil)
