1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The Company is a non trading Company.
The Company was dormant throughout the accounting period.
The sole purpose of the company is to own a plot of common land behind 9 dwellings in Willets Court, Norwich.
The land is deemed to have no value as the company is limited by guarantee of the dwelling owners
No improvements, additions or disposals took place during the year ended 31st July 2016

Turnover policy
The company members who each have control of a parking space adjacent the common land each make a yearly payment to a company bank which covers direct debits for communal lighting and electric gate and minor maintenance costs.
