| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as the directors are satisfied |
| that the company will have adequate resources to meet its liabilities to third parties as they fall due. |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance |
| with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
| Deferred tax |
| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at |
| the balance sheet date. |
| Fixed assets investments |
| Investments are stated at cost less impairment losses. Where an indication of impairment exists, the |
| carrying amount of the investment is assessed and written down immediately to its recoverable |
| amount. |
