1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention. During the year the company acted as a fiduciary and a nominee on behalf of a trust. The company did not trade and was not holding, lending, investing its own money or receiving any income or profits.

Other accounting policies
Controlling Party.
The company is owned by Shaun Regan who holds 100% of the issued share capital.
