1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

The company was dormant throughout the year ended 24 December 2016. However, reference to information
relating to the year ended 24 December 2015 has been made where appropriate.

Changes in accounting policies
The company acts as trustee of a statutory trust in respect of service charge monies collected for the
maintenance of 12 Cliff Road, Leigh on Sea, Essex. The company has changed its accounting policy to exclude
these funds from the company's accounts as separate service charge accounts are prepared and certified.

Turnover
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax.

Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the
balance sheet date.
