2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
For the year ended 31 December 2016 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

The company was dormant (within the meaning of Section 1169 of the Companies Act 2006) throughout the year ended 31 December 2016. The company has not traded during the year. During the year the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore made neither profit nor loss.

Other accounting policies
Sale and leaseback agreements
The company is committed to paying lease rentals which arise through sale and leaseback arrangements entered into by the company. The rental payments are financed by monies held as escrow accounts as shown below.

The company has entered into a sale and leaseback transaction in relation to the drama produced. An analysis of the transaction is as follows. Deposits held on Encrow in 2016 total £688,902 (2015: £1,031,846), loans outstanding in 2016 total £688,902 (2015:£1,031,846) and the balance in 2016 totals £Nil (2015:£Nil).

The maturity of the above amounts is as follows. Less than one year for 2016 totals £342,944 (2015:£342,944), two to five years inclusive for 2016 totals £345,958 (2014:£688,902) and over five years for 2016 totals £Nil (2015:£Nil). The total for 2016 is £688,902 (2015:£1,031,846).
