| Turnover represents total income from bets made at stadia and is recognised at the time the bet is made. |

| financial statements of BD Stadia Ltd for the year ended 31 May 2016 which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, the |
| Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you |
