Directors' benefits: advances, credits and guarantees
During the year, net debits and credits of £1250 was made with the director. The balance due to the director at the year end was £17,931 (2015 - £16,681). This loan is interest free, unsecured and repayable on demand.

For the year ending 30/06/2016 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
