These financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Notes to the financial statements

Advances and credits to directors

During the year, the company made the following advances to the directors; Norman Nesbitt £41,042 and Gemma Nesbitt £35,079. During the year, Norman Nesbitt repaid £31,480 and Gemma Nesbitt repaid £31,480. The total outstanding at the end of the year owed by the directors was as follows; Norman Nesbitt £815 (2015: credit balance of £8,747) Gemma Nesbitt £815 (2015: credit balance of £2,784). These amounts were repaid within nine months of the year-end.

For the financial year ended 30 November 2016 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476;

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime within Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006.
