Directors' benefits: advances, credits and guarantees
During the year net debits and credits totalling £866 was made with the director of the firm. The closing balance due to the director was £3951. This loan is interest free, unsecured and repayable on demand.

For the year ending 31/05/2016 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
