1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Other accounting policies
The company's accounts have been prepared under the going concern concept, however this may not be appropriate as the company's liabilities are greater than the assets by £642. The company is able to meet its day to day expenses by way of a loan from the director.
