Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

2Fixed assets Investments
The company owns 3,000 £0.01 ordinary shares, being 0.6% of the issued ordinary share capital of Grinberga Films Limited, a company registered in England and Wales on the 8th January 1999.

The directors consider that the net asset situation of the holdings in Grinberga Films Limited as at 31st May 2016 was £30.

The company owns 400,000 ordinary shares, being 40% of the issued ordinary share capital of Eventprem Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

The directors consider that the net asset situation of the holdings in Eventprem Limited as at 31st May 2016 of Eventprem Limited was £1.
