1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective January 2015.

Other accounting policies
The company was under the control of the thirteen leaseholders of Balfour House. Each leaseholder pays service charges in respect of their flat and the charge for the 2016 financial year was £1,560 (2015 - £1,560).
