1	Accounting policies

	Basis of preparation
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

	Turnover
	Turnover represents service charges receivable and contributions in respect of expenditure incurred during the year under the covenants entered into by the company with the leaseholders.


2	Members' guarantee

	The company is limited by guarantee and the maximum liability in the event of a winding up is limited to £10 for each member.
