1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance
with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Turnover
Turnover represents management charges levied on the shareholders who each own a property. VAT
is not applicable.

2. TANGIBLE FIXED ASSETS

The company owns the common areas of the Bell Trees Estate but it is considered to be of no
significant value.
